This clever trick happens in the spectator's hands. She or he rolls a die to pick a card and is amazed when the die opens to reveal the chosen card.

Unlike many magic tricks, this one can be repeated. The second time, a different card can be chosen with the same spectacular ending as the die opens to reveal a different card!

A brass die, box and lid are examined. While the performer looks away, a spectator places the die in the box, remembers the number on top and covers with the lid. The performer picks up the box and can instantly determine the number. Precision designing and machining make this trick almost self-working.

The secret move is done right under the spectator's nose, yet is undetectable. You can immediately repeat the effect! No reset!

For a second routine, included are five different colored beads. A spectator conceals one in the box while you look away, then hides the remaining beads. You can shake the box and determine the color "by listening to the sound it makes!"

Performer displays a wooden tube with cutouts, so spectators can see right through the tube. A metal plate passes through slots in the middle of the tube, dividing it in half, so nothing can go through. He next displays a large Die, (filling the entire upper half of the tube) and drops it into the tube. As expected in rests on the plate in the upper half, fully visible through the cutouts.

Yet with a simple magic pass, and no cover, the die is caused to penetrate visibly through the plate, now resting in the bottom half. It goes through the metal plate like a ghost through a closed door, and it works like real magic!

The magician displays two small plates about 2 inch (5 cm) in diameter, and a small die only 3/8th of an inch square. He places the die between the plates, and shakes them, asking the spectators to guess what the number on top of the die will be.
