Like most other magic shops, we do not allow any item to be returned, refunded or exchanged for a different item. In exceptional circumstances, refunds are given at the discretion of the management.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS WILL BE REPLACED
Items damaged by customer will not be replaced but we will replace any defective items that arrives already broken or non-functioning. When selling magic items we are also selling the «secret» to the trick. Sometimes a trick will be purchased only to find out the secret, then returned. This is another reason there are no returns on magic items.
DEFECTIVE ITEM RETURN POLICY
If you receive a defective item (one that arrives already broken or non-functioning), notify us by e-mail at: [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the item, and we will give you instructions for returning the item for replacement. We will replace a defective item with another of the same item. In certain cases we may choose to refund the defective items instead. Due to the abuse of this policy by customer's attempts to return items broken while using the tricks improperly, claims of damaged or defective items must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item.
HANDLE YOUR TRICKS WITH CARE
There is no refund or exchange on items that you break. Some tricks are delicate in their design, and can be easily broken if you don't know how to handle them. Please read the instructions carefully before working with your new trick.
ITEMS THAT ARE DISCOUNTED ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
There is no refund or exchange on discounted items.
