One of the favourite effects of the Master Magician David Devant was to produce a live rabbit from under a spectator's coat. The effect had tremendous potential, and Eddie Joseph first wrote the definite treatise on the subject.

You clearly place the Six of Diamonds in the spectator's closed hands (in a sandwich manner), holding on to the Four of Diamonds.
As you slowly shake the Four, the pips, that is, the diamonds are seen to visually multiply and move across the card to form the Six of Diamonds. The spectator opens their hands to find the Four of Diamonds, and all is handed out for complete examination.

For the others, Levitation secret will give a reasonable idea of what is involved, so you could get a more complete blue print or additional details to make the item. A good and informative book for anyone interested in large illusion magic.
