Ghost Tube, Square Split

Here is an utility prop based on an idea by Ian Adair of England which enables you to perform varied effects. It is a variation of the Ghost Tube. But unlike the normal Ghost Tube, you can also use it to produce or vanish items, or change one thing to another. In effect the magician shows a square tube, which can be folded in the middle.

The audience can see right through the tube, and both halves-shown completely empty. After folding the top up again, a production can be made, from the top and bottom of the tube. Along with a beautifully built prop we supply you detailed instructions for many novel effects.

Glass Mirage by Alex Lourido

From the inventive mind of Alex Lourido (Butter Coin, Osmosis, Rainbow Coins, and Retro Magic) comes his most spectacular trick, yet - Glass Mirage!

This beautifully crafted and ingenious prop will have you performing mind-twisting feats with ordinary, unprepared beer and soda bottles that are so incredible, they defy physics! For example, take an empty beer bottle and turn it upside down to fully extract any remaining liquid. Display both of your hands empty, and with a magical wave, the sound of re-pressurization is heard! Then the cap instantly appears on the bottle's mouth! Hand the bottle out for examination and, to everyone's astonishment, the bottle is now completely refilled and capped with an airtight seal! They open the bottle with a bottle opener and hear it depressurize, while the beer foam bubbles up and gently cascades down the side of the bottle! Or, place an empty beer bottle at the center of a table and cover it with a thin, shear silk. On your command the sound of re-pressurization can be heard! Then you or a spectator removes the silk to reveal that the bottle is completely filled, capped, and sealed!

You can also inform your friends and audience that you have trained yourself to remove a non twist-off cap from any beer bottle, with nothing more than your bare hands! You than borrow an unopened and completely sealed bottle from someone and proceed to place your fingers around the cap. With a light prying motion the cap is seen to pop off the bottle and the sound of rushing air is heard! The bottle is displayed and shown to be completely open! You put the bottle down on the bar and display the cap in your hand. Then, with a light rub the cap instantly vanishes and to everyone's shock and amazement, it is seen to reappear at the neck of the bottle from whence it came! And of course, the bottle is capped with an airtight seal! You can also perform all of these amazing routines with corked wine bottles, as well! And all routines require zero set up! That's right, no tedious preparation or setup required! And with the GM on your person you can perform impossible feats of magic with any bottle containing beer, soda, or wine!

Glass with(out) bottom by Magic Effex

A bottomless glass... with a bottom! That's right! This bottomless glass has a bottom!

The bottom is a separate plastic piece and can be secured on the bottom and also removed from the glass.

Glass, Silk, Ball and Egg

This trick is a combination of different effects, and what a combination it is! It might seem that something in Edwin's GLASS, SILK, BALL and EGG is familiar to you, but you'll soon find out that everything is somehow different!

The magician shows his hands to be empty, then takes a transparent glass from the table. It's clear that the glass is completely empty. Then a large silk suddenly appears inside the glass, filling it! The magician takes it out of the glass and presses it firmly together. When he opens his hand again, a large ball is there instead of the silk. The vanished silk is then taken from his jacket pocket. Within the blink of an eye the ball transforms into an egg, which the magician cracks open on the rim of the glass, proving it to be a real egg!

The set comes in a full color box with the prepared transparent tumbler, a special ball and detailed instructions.

Gozinta Boxes by David Ginn

These are a pair of boxes approximately 4 inch in size. They are large enough to be visible for audiences of up to a few hundred.

The boxes have a complete cover. They are in two different colors. We will presume they are black and red. The magician opens the black box, and inside it is the red box. Obviously the red box is smaller than the black box. The red box is removed, and if you wish you could make a production of silks, spring flowers, streamers etc. from the box. The box is finally shown empty. You now close the black box, put it into the red box, and close the red box. Obviously the black box is now smaller than the red box.

This can be repeated as often as you like. Gozinta Boxes work on an ingenious geometric principle. The boxes are completely solid and rigid. They are not flexible, or elastic, and there are no sliding or moving parts, trap doors, substitutions or any such subterfuges.

We supply the set of boxes ready to perform. Boxes are crafted from heavy board, Rexene coated for long life, and supplied complete with instructions at a very modest price. You use your own production items if you wish to make a production from these.

Gravity Box, Light/Heavy Chest by Jay Leslie

Sitting on your table is an attractive wooden chest that measures about 7 3/4 inch square. Not only does this box hold your props, which is clearly seen to be unremarkable, save for it's gorgeous quality! Invite a spectator up to help you with an experiment in mind control/hypnosis. Hand the box to the spectator for them to hold as you explain how easily susceptible some people are to hypnosis. Placing the box on the floor, you open the top and place a white silk inside. Now, you begin to hypnotize the spectator, explaining that the silk actually weighs a ton! Literally!

The spectators are now instructed to try to lift the box. They can't! The spectator strains and sweats but is unable to budge the box! How is this possible? After all, you aren't standing on any false floors or using any superconductor magnets or even using a stooge! It must either be hypnosis or... magic! The box is opened the silk is removed and guess what -- the chest is now lifted easily!

Gypsy Photo Frame

The Gypsy picture frame is a flat folder type picture frame. And in the simple act of closing and opening the frame, it can change one or both of the pictures inside. It can even change the same picture several times through a series of changes. It's uses are many, as a time machine, (change pictures of people or places to the past or future), as a frame that reveals additional dimensions (see the ghosts or UFOs around haunted places), or as a touch of magic (a selection in a crystal ball) - you'll have to look carefully to spot the selected card in the crystal ball in the illustration!)

Very easy to use, this accepts pictures of a size up to 5 inch wide and 7 inch tall, making it suitable for larger audiences. It comes with an 8 page manuscript of ideas for presentation, and half a dozen changing pictures to enable you to put it into your act immediately. You can easily design any picture to suit your specific requirements. And it costs much less than you would pay for a utility prop of this nature. Highly recommended.

Handkerchief To Parasol

The performer displays a net tube, so that anything placed in the tube is clearly visible to the audience. Three large different colored silks are pushed into the tube, clearly visible through the net, and the tube tossed into the air, showing it on all sides. The performer now removes the silks from the tube, and they have magically transformed into a Parasol, Umbrella, with the shade made from the different colored silks. And the net tube is clearly empty.

Harbins Balls and Tubes

A large stage size version of the classic Cups and Balls effect, using large wooden tubes, and tennis size balls. Balls magically travel from under one tube to the other, or appear and vanish. Tubes are gimmicked, to produce or vanish a ball automatically, under your control.

Hat Production Coil

The Hat Coil is a classic production item, which was a favorite with magicians a few years ago. Unfortunately, the non availability of the coils specifically made for this purpose makes this an item rarely seen today. The original production used to be from an empty magician's hat, which is how the item got its name. The magician produced hundreds of yards of ribbon from an empty hat. The result was a mountain of ribbon, several times the size of the hat. Finally this could be used as a cover for a much larger production, for example picking up the ribbon, and under cover producing live stock or several umbrellas from a body load.

The ribbon is really a paper strip, and one hat coil can be used for only one performance. However the modest cost is well justified for the very big impact of the production.

You get a compact coil, about 1 inch thick and 5 inch in diameter, that when produced forms a mountain of paper ribbon. Although traditionally produced from a hat, you could also make the production from any production prop, such as a Square Circle or Tip Over Box, or any item where you can conceal the coil in the load chamber. It is ideal for production from a Tambourine Ring, where an endless ribbon seems to cascade for the tissue capped empty rings.

The magician shows an empty cube to the audience. The cube is open from two sides (top and bottom), then he asks for an assistant to come to the stage and puts the empty cube on his head.

Hopping Spots by Tora

This item is quite exciting and particularly dedicated to children's entertainment as it makes them entertained.

There is a completely white card displayed in the magician's hand, as soon as he raises into the air, a very big black spot is appeared on the card. Upon raising the card into the air again, the black spot is increased to two.

He keeps on the same act and the black spots are increased again and again until they reach four. With a sudden movement, the same four black spots will be transformed into four red ones.
