Inside Out Card Trick by Charlie Fenn

The Magician then counts off 12 cards from the top of the remaining and arranges them like the face of a clock from 1 to 12. The performer now asks how many cards were taken. Let's say the answer is 7. The magician counts 1 to 7 on the card clock and turns over the 7th card and calls it out. Let's sat it is the King of Clubs, the Performer asks the spectator to open the prediction.

Prediction says Sorry, I am very tired today - all i can tell you is that you will not choose the 2 of diamonds - WHAT A LET DOWN. But when the spectator looks at the cards he/she counted off, they are all 2 OF DIAMONDS! The other 11 cards in the clock are ALL 2 OF DIAMONDS. The rest of the cards in the deck are ALL 2 OF DIAMONDS - I TOLD YOU IT WAS INSIDE- OUT!! This is a very effective, very easy to do and loads of laughs.

Inside Out Card Trick with Jumbo Card

In effect performer displays two jumbo size cards, with a large hole in the middle, and joined together at the edge of the hole. The cards are red on the outside, and green on the inside, with the outside marked OUT, and the inside marked IN. And sandwiched between the two cards is a white card.

The object of the trick is to remove the white card without tearing it. The spectators will not be able to do this, unless they know the secret. You explain it is very easy, if you turn the cards inside out, because then whatever is on the inside will now be on the outside. As you say this you actually turn the cards inside out in a magical manner, so that the white board is free. And the color of the cards outside is now inside and vice versa.

You can perform this without the white board, and just the cards turning inside out is quite a magical effect by itself.

Have a regular playing card freely selected, signed and returned to a regular deck of cards by an observer. Take a real Tic Tac box out of your pocket with your free hand. Only a couple of mints can be seen inside as you shake the box around. Give it another, more emphatic shake and a card visually appears inside the box. Immediately open the Tic Tac box, remove and unfold the playing card, and reveal the selected card!

Everything is examinable.

By placing a small amount on the reusable adhesive Handitak also known as Funtak on the back of the gimmick, it will stick to your thumb or index finger. Now you can have a spectator freely pick a card and secretly mark the card with a bump by pressing on the front or back of the card depending on which trick you wish to perform. The spectator is given a bag and asked to hold it open. The Magician starts dropping groups of cards from the deck into the bag. Once the entire deck has been placed in the bag, the spectator closes the bag and shakes it around, shuffling the cards even more.

The Magician asks someone to blindfold him and make sure that he cannot see beyond the blindfold. He then reaches into the bag and miraculously finds the two signed cards instantly. He removes the cards from the bag and shows them to the spectators, explaining that he was able to locate the signed cards so quickly due to his extra keen sense of touch!
