A spectator selects a card from the deck and the magician displays a small polished aluminum box. He takes off the lid and removes a small piece of clear "photographic" paper, explaining that the paper is heat sensitive.
The paper is placed back inside the box and the spectator holds the box and his chosen card between his palms. After a few moments the spectator opens his hands and may remove the lid from the box himself. Inside, he finds the paper developed with an x-ray image of both of his hands and a picture of his selected card!
Comes complete with box, clear paper and two x-ray images (different cards).
A spectator selects the Y Card. The magician asks them what card they picked. The spectator announces "Why" The magician says, "Because I asked you." The spectator again asserts, "Why" And round and round things go.
Next, the tabled card is turned face-up only to show that the card is NOT matching the spectators selection. The magician continues by placing the card face-up in-between the face-down deck, with NO moves at all the magician ribbon spreads the deck on the table, and the (only) face-up card in the spread is now CHANGED INTO THE SPECTATORS SELECTION!
But there's more! The magician says: In fact there is just one card in this deck that is your card. The selection is taken out from the spread and turned face-down slowly to reveal that now on the BACK of their selection is largely written with a black marker: YOUR CARD! An unreal effect with a kicker ending!
We have sold several varieties of Zig Zag Cards ourselves, made of Board, Sunmica etc. We have now got a pocket model of the Zig Zag Card, beautifully designed in Plastic. This uses a poker size Bicycle Playing Card, allowing you to have the card apparently selected from your own Bicycle deck, and is very smooth and trouble free in operation. It can be safely carried in your pocket.
The effect is that a Playing Card is introduced into a cut out plastic frame. It is clearly visible as it is inserted into the frame through the cut outs on the top, middle and bottom of the frame. The center of the card is now pushed out, so that the card is cut in a Zig Zag manner. An incredible illusion, only possible if the card was cut into three pieces. And you can see right through where the middle of the card should be. The performer pushes back the center and removes the card. And it is found to be perfectly intact without any cut, or damage. The plastic model will not jam or wrinkle, and crease or warp like the board models. What you get is a first rate prop for a first rate item.
Highly recommended for beginner of Pro, and you can do it right away.
A precision gimmick and complete instructions are supplied. You'll use this. It's good.
