In effect the magician displays a length of rope in three different colors..RED,..YELLOW and GREEN. The red is at the top, the green at the bottom and yellow at the middle. He places the rope behind his back and with a few magic words, the red magically travels to the bottom... or so it seems. This is repeated a few times until the children point out how its done. There are now two spots on top of the fan. When the fan is opened, there are a row of two spots along the entire fan. Fan is again closed, passed through the performer's hand, and there are now three spots on top of the fan. Fan is opened, and there are a row of three spots along the entire fan. The performer displays a piece of white rope, and offers to change it to any color selected by the audience. The audience is asked to call out their favorite color. We will presume the majority of them call out red. The magician passes his hand over the rope, and it changes to a piece of red rope. He now offer to repeat the effect, asking the audience to call out another color. This time there is bound to be a wide variety of colors called out, blue, yellow, black, purple and so on.
The performer seems perplexed for a moment, wondering what to do. Then he hits upon the ideal solution. Passing his hand over the rope once again, he transforms the rope into several ropes (strings) of many colors.

A fun device inspired by Harold Sterling, the Bang Gun with a Flag.
For example, as a touch, you could simply pick up the fire from a candle on your table, transferring the flame to your finger tip, and use your flaming finger to light a Cigarette. Flames at Finger Tips Gimmicks use ordinary Petrol or liquid lighter fluid, and are supplied as a set of four reusable gimmicks, one for each finger of either hand and come to you complete with instructions.
There are no shells, flaps, moving spots or anything tricky about the die. The tube folds absolutely flat and could not possibly conceal anything.
We supply you a large die, approximately 1.5 inch square, and the plastic tube which folds flat. The large size enables you to use this item for a much larger audience, including a small Platform Show.
You get three window envelopes. On the back of these envelopes are printed spots of different colors, Red, Green and Yellow. Inside each window envelope is a smaller envelope, with a colored dot to match that on the window envelope, and identify it. The inner envelopes are clearly visible at all times through the large windows. The contents of the smaller envelope are under your control. Make items appear, vanish or change.
For example a paper slip placed in the envelope can transform into a currency note. Or a note can be made to vanish, or appear. Use two envelopes, to perform a passe passe effect. Or use all three, for a Just Chance type effect. For example, two spectators place a currency note in two envelopes. You place a piece of blank paper in the third.
