Lethal Teeth Comic Card Trick by Petrick and Mia

A deck of cards is shuffled by a member of the audience. You then riffle through the deck and let the spectator say "stop" anywhere they like. They take a look at the card they stopped at and replace it in the deck. You then bring out the "lethal teeth" stating they will find the selected card.

The cards are dropped from the left hand onto the table and with the right hand you reach in with the teeth and attempt to catch the selected card as it drops by, but to no avail. Once it`s obvious that the teeth have failed to catch the card, the deck is given back to the spectator with the request that they find their own card the hard way. When the spectator finds their card in the deck, everyone is surprised to see that the lethal teeth have bitten off the corner of the card! A second spectator then takes the cards, adds the two black Jacks and mixes all the cards together. The cards that become trapped between the Jacks are removed and their values totaled together. There might be two cards, a 7 and a 5 = 12. When the first spectator turns over his freely chosen card, it has the number 12 boldly written on its back. No other cards have 12 written on their back!

PRINTERFACE
You show five cards back and front - each card has a totally blank face. You invite a spectator to put a sticker on the back of one of the cards and then he writes his initials on the sticker. If you don't mind wasting a card each time he can sign the actual card. This blank signed card is placed face up in the middle and the cards placed on the table. Nothing is added or taken away. The spectator now spreads the five cards and to his amazement finds that the blank card in the middle is now fully printed. Not only that, but his signature is still intact! Finally you flip over the other four cards one by one - no false counts or any other moves - to reveal that these cards too are now fully printed and duplicates of the other card!

A participant opens the book to any page while holding the book in her own hands. She sees two different names and numbers on her chosen pages. The participant simply thinks of one of these secret phone numbers, and the performer immediately begins to call out the area code, and the full number the participant has chosen! He even gives the initials of the person to whom the number belongs!

But that's not all-the performer mentions that most people think this must be some sort of trick. "Would you like to see the trick?" the performer teases. "It's simple really. You see, I wrote that very number down a long time ago." Sure enough, the initials and phone number only thought-of by the spectator have been predicted on the back of a photo, a napkin, another business card - you name it. The prediction was in full view before the address book is ever introduced.
